Candidates are sourced based on the job description, work experience, academics, skillset, diversity & culture, personality and communication.

Executive Search – We attract C-suite to leadership talents globally using our database, job portals, social media, referrals and advertisements followed by direct or virtual screening to explore their background, competencies, salaries, career progression and their interest in the role.

Contingency Hiring – Skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled, technical & non-technical categories are sourced and screened across countries like India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines and African regions.

The profiles screened by our team are submitted to the client for their review and interview process.

Employment Offer & Onboarding
